ICDGP offers digital qualifications and resources for home educators to teach digital skills to children from age nine. These programs are designed to be engaging and effective, covering everything from basic digital literacy to advanced and specialist skills.
Focuses on the fundamentals of using digital devices and applications securely, safely, and effectively.
An introduction to technology, covering computer basics, email, and internet usage with an emphasis on safety and productivity.
ICDL Core improves understanding of computers, while ICDL Extra focuses on computer applications.
For children with foundational digital knowledge, this course develops existing skills for future workplace demands.
Introduces young people to computational thinking and coding skills for creating simple computer programs, and matches the computer science national curriculum.
Upon completing an exam, children can gain an industry-recognized, Ofqual-regulated qualification. The courses can be tailored to suit a child's abilities, helping them gain new skills and build a foundation for ongoing development.

Exams are held remotely at home, and resits are available if a child doesn't pass the first time. Reasonable adjustments for exams are also available for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities.
